Tout se fait assis, sans quitter votre place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Routine pour rester concentr\u00e9 sans bouger de sa place<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9glez un minuteur discret si vous le pouvez. Sinon, suivez l&rsquo;ordre propos\u00e9, c&rsquo;est fluide et rapide. Expirez et laissez-les descendre d&rsquo;un coup, sans violence. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez 3 fois. Ensuite, tournez votre t\u00eate tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vers la droite, puis vers la gauche, comme pour dire \u00ab non \u00bb au ralenti. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e est de redonner de la mobilit\u00e9, pas d&rsquo;\u00e9tirer fort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minute 3 : activer votre dos sans vous lever<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placez vos mains sur vos cuisses. \u00c0 l&rsquo;inspiration, ouvrez un peu votre poitrine (sternum vers l&rsquo;avant). \u00c0 l&rsquo;expiration, arrondissez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement votre haut du dos, comme si vous vouliez \u00e9loigner vos omoplates. Faites 6 cycles. Ce mouvement simple r\u00e9veille vos muscles posturaux et r\u00e9duit la sensation de \u00ab blocage \u00bb assis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minute 4 : d\u00e9tendre vos hanches et votre bassin, zone cl\u00e9 quand on reste assis longtemps<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans d\u00e9coller vos pieds, basculez tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement votre bassin vers l&rsquo;avant puis vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re, avec une amplitude minimale. Ensuite, transf\u00e9rez votre poids du corps un peu \u00e0 droite, puis un peu \u00e0 gauche, comme si vous cherchiez le point d&rsquo;appui le plus neutre. Vous devez sentir que \u00e7a \u00ab circule \u00bb \u00e0 nouveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minute 5 : reset mental express (30 secondes + 30 secondes)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant 30 secondes, respirez un peu plus lentement en allongeant votre expiration. Puis 30 secondes de focus : choisissez une seule t\u00e2che \u00e0 faire juste apr\u00e8s (par exemple, r\u00e9sumer le paragraphe en 2 lignes ou noter 3 id\u00e9es cl\u00e9s). Cette bascule est importante, car votre concentration revient mieux quand l&rsquo;objectif est clair et imm\u00e9diat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rendre la routine plus facile au quotidien<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La routine fonctionne mieux si votre installation de base est stable.
