La bonne nouvelle est que quelques r\u00e9glages simples peuvent vraiment changer la donne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment s&rsquo;asseoir sur un canap\u00e9 sans se casser le dos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Objectif : retrouver une position o\u00f9 le bassin est stable, le bas du dos soutenu, et la t\u00eate align\u00e9e avec le reste du corps. Vous n&rsquo;avez pas besoin d&rsquo;une posture parfaite, juste d&rsquo;un minimum de structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1) Commencez par reculer les fesses<\/strong><br>Asseyez-vous au fond de l&rsquo;assise, mais sans vous affaisser. Si le canap\u00e9 est tr\u00e8s profond, placez un coussin derri\u00e8re vous pour avancer votre dos sans avancer vos fesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) Soutenez la zone lombaire<\/strong><br>Le bas du dos aime une l\u00e9g\u00e8re courbure naturelle.
